Homemade cottage cheese koftas in a rich spinach gravy served with qabooli rice.

A recipe from the Chettinad region of South India famous for being the home of black pepper, served with Rajasthani arbi (Taro) and naan bread.

A traditional Punjabi chickpea curry garnished with fresh onions and tomatoes served with Rajasthani arbi (Taro) and homemade kulcha.

Hyderabadi Kebab Biryani

A speciality from the Royals kitchens of Hyderabad. Layered basmati rice, lamb kebabs, onions and saffron along with Hyderabadi spices served in the traditional way with mint and pomegranate yogurt and peppers stuffed with mild peanut sauce.
