SECOND COURSE

Pav Bhaji

The iconic street food dish from Mumbai. Spiced and mashed vegetables cooked on a griddle garnished with onions and coriander served with Portuguese style pao (Rolls).

THIRD COURSE

Nasheela Chicken

Chicken marinated in rum and orange juice served with peanut and jalapenos salad.

Vegetarian option- Sakarkandi Chaat

Roasted sweet potato served in a hot and tangy sauce.

FOURTH COURSE

Kacchi Mirch Ka Gosht

A recipe originating from Muslim quarter of Old Delhi. Lamb cooked in a rich saffron gravy spiced with green peppercorns served with verki parantha.

Vegetarian Option- Baingan Kalonji

Aubergine cooked in pickling spices served with verki parantha.

FIFTH COURSE

Mustard Fish

Fillets of Basa cooked in a Bengali style tempered with mustard seeds served with zeera rice.)

Vegetarian Option- Manglorian Style Dal

A dry dal dish made to a Manglorian recipe of Southern India finished with cherry tomatoes and curry leavesserved with zeera rice.

SIXTH COURSE

Kheer

Traditional Indian rice pudding flavoured with fennel and chopped nuts served with fresh mangoes.
